Recruitment transparency already applies. The rest is coming.

Poland moved earlier than most member states. Pay transparency in recruitment has applied since December 2025, while the full transposition — job evaluation, reporting and employee information rights — is expected around Q1 2027.

Four things worth doing before the deadline

01Put a pay range in every job advert and stop asking candidates about previous salary.
02Document how roles are evaluated — the criteria, the scores, and who approved them.
03Prepare to answer written pay questions within 14–30 days.
04Check your gender pay gap now, while there is still time to justify or close it.
